Is my CRM data private to me?
Yes. The list of businesses is shared so it stays accurate for everyone, but your notes, tags, statuses, and lists are visible only to you and your team.
Does Routive run a scraper on my browser?
No. Scraping runs asynchronously on our backend worker infrastructure. You define the search, submit the job, and come back when results are ready.
Can users see every place in the global database?
No. Places are exposed through each user's searches, saved lists, and access rules.
How are exports limited?
Subscription entitlements define monthly export credits. Each export consumes credits based on row count and format. Credits reset each billing period.
